I am taking some time away from scrap booking to pursue my love for art. I found a fabulous online art class from Suzi Blu. I am currently taking Rodeo girl which I am working now.... This piece however is a collaboration of sorts. The text are words from a beautiful poem written by my sister. I wanted to use the entire poem, but I just didn't have the room. I pulled my favorite lines and created this piece which I call "Black Iris" You will see techniques I learned from Suzi Blu and Kelli Rae Roberts.
