Scrapbook layouts DONE!

After a long break I finally got 4 scrapbook layouts finished! Only one will make it to EBAY, the others are going to a home here locally. I will try to get a couple of July layouts done....but that will be a busy month for me (VACATION!!!!). I did my first BEAR necessities paper piecing class this past Saturday at Scraps Etc. in Florence Ky. We had a great turnout, everyone did a fantastic job. I hope all of new paper piecing students had fun, I know I did! The layouts looked great! Why did I forget my camera?

ANYWAY.......I did some painting this weekend and finished a few angels. These are more little mini paintings, and will be listed on EBAY tomorrow night. This angel reminds me of Lucille Ball :0)

New angel is scheduled to go on EBAY tonight at 7pm pst. This is done on 4.5x4.5 wood. She is sealed with a mat finish and has a cute vintage button on her dress. I have a fairy going on tonight as well, I like to display these little pieces on tiny stands. Click here to go visit my EBAY

I am back on a diet :0( We planned a vacation for July, so maybe that will help keep me on track. I am counting points, if you have done the Weight Watchers plan you know how hard that is....... UGH! I try to work on my art instead of obsess about food. Any other suggestions?

My first treasury!!!

I'm so excited to be in my first ETSY treasury! Thank you to my wonderful friend Kristen aka Queen of Nostalgia Her blog is fantastic it is definite must read. I love her vintage style and her scrapbook layouts are beautiful works of art. You must visit her ETSY store and take a peek.

This is a little 4x4 mini painting, I made into a wall hanging. She is listed on EBAY right now. I added some silver shimmer paint to her, she hangs from beautiful french blue vintage seam binding.

Happy Mothers Day!

This is the angel I did for my mom. I love how she turned out, I will add her as a print in my shop.....but mom got the original. This was done on 8x10 panel/box canvas. I also covered it in beeswax.
I will list three more mini angels tomorrow night! The weather is beautiful today, I hope you all had a wonderful day!

4x4 mini angel. I added a bit of bling to her wings and finished her yesterday . I have her sitting on a tiny easel, I think I will leave off the ribbon hanger. I am working on larger pieces this week and a teddy bear layout.

I love this quote.... my husband found it for me, so I added to my auction listings. I think angels are for everyone, religious or not. An angel is comforting and should make you smile. I finished two more of my little mini angels. These are my favorites.......for now :0) They are tiny wood plaques measuring 4x4 inches. I added a ribbon hanger on these two, but the next time I make this size I think I may leave off the ribbon. They look so cute just sitting on the table or in a mini easel. They will be listed tonight 6:15 pacific (EBAY) time.
